This show has action, story, characters, awesome things that blow up less awesome things! Everyone talks about classics, but this goes back to the 80,s. Cartoon Network started in 92. I mean yeah, I didn't understand anything at all in this show at first. ButOnce I started watching from a baby with a tail to a grown up god that doesn't have a tail anymore, it just felt extremely awesome. The two Goku vs vegetables fights were awesome. A four hour battle between a monkey and a he/she alien thing. Then a pink fat ass that kinda looks like kirbs eats people with his body. Where do people come up with stuff like this? Out of all shows, this is the must see classic. It takes some getting used to trust me.

Dragon Ball Z is awesome, and it's better than the stupid crap we have today, but it's not the best anime like some of you guys say, if you want to be very serious, then the best anime would be Gurren Lagann as a matter of fact, which was FAR better than any other anime combined, The main character is the size of a large galaxy when at normal size, but he transforms to universe size and has the power to destroy a cluster of universes, and the show is constantly emotional and action packed, no anime will ever be as good as Gurren Lagann, not even Dragon Ball Z, which is puny compared to Gurren Lagann.

Dragon ball z has the best action in the world. Goku, gohan, goten, and trunks are the best characters in my opinion. This show is even appropriate for kids its T.V. pg. The DBZ characters have awesome transformations. No other anime has better action than DBZ I hope cartoon network can bring back the original DBZ in Hd. When you see this show you wont regret watching it. Buu saga and cell games are the best parts of DBZ! DBZ has many episodes. DBZ is number 1!

This my favourite show ever watched. It has very good story mode. The best character I like is Goku, vegeta, gohan. And the main thing I like this show is it gives ideas to real fighter that the more you fight and practice the more stronger you grow...that's it.

Dragon Ball Z is one of the best anime/manga I've ever even witnessed in my entire life. It is very action-packed and has a lot of amazing characters. Some of my favorites are Goku, Vegeta, Nappa, Gohan, Trunks, Goten, Piccolo, Krillin, Tien, Yamcha, And Vegito.

It deserves a spot because it brought anime to Cartoon Network and the stories were just incredible it made you happy when gohan defeated cell but it made you sad when goku left or when vegeta sacrificed himself to stop Majin Buu

Dragon ball z rocks.. I just love this show.. I love all the characters but my favourite is Vegeta, Gohan, Goten, Trunks, Videl and of course Goku.. Every thing is good about this show but Goku is the best thing.. I love him.. When he died I just cried [by the way he died several times].. And it is really tough to choose between Pokemon and DBZ but still my choice is DBZ.. Love you Goku..

An amazing manga and anime that inspired other artists to create other mangas and amimes like one piece and naruto... Without DBZ we wouldn't have been able to view all other superb cartoons... It is an inspiration for all. I grew up watching Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Trunks, Picolo, etc...
