The Browns failed to deliver on their hype last season, so expect another failure from the most incompetent franchise in the NFL. Even with as much talent as they have on both sides of the ball, they still somehow screw it up. Baker Mayfield needs to step up in a critical third season, and his has so many weapons at his disposal, and a quality offensive line at last.
