Alpha 3 is not overrated. SF2 is. They all say it's one of the best fighting games of all time. But that was in the 90's. Nowadays, Street Fighter, along with other fighting games, have evolved. SF Alpha and SF3 are way better games and with a lot less cheap moves and tactics than SF2.
