Being a High school Wrestler myself, I can tell you that wrestling is definitely the hardest sport you can get yourself into. I've competed in HS football, baseball, soccer, wrestling, college wrestling and track. I've ridden motocross dirt bikes hard, mountain bikes hard, skiied, slalom water skiied, swam competitively. I feel wrestling should be #1! I have wrestled for the past 11 years there no off season there is no breaks, it's a constant mountain! I have to train 4days a week to keep up technically, and 6 out 7 days I have to physically train to be stronger and keep a certain weight, no other sports Do you have to cut as badly as for wrestling, the catagorys are smaller, and more challenging then boxing!
