I'm excluding the Ilia Vs Blake and Sun Vs Ilia because those fights aren't bad. I'm mostly talking about the Chapter 9 fight and after the Ilia Vs Blake fight. The fights with the Albain brothers were pretty awful. Lots of standing around and not moving. The fire, wind combination that slowly moved across the screen looked awful and Sun twirling his weapon to counter it looked terrible as well. The animation here is so slow and stiff. Then there's Blake freezing them with their weapons and instead of knocking them out, she just stands there talking to Ghira and Sun. For over thirty seconds they just stand there not doing anything. She knocked out Roman as soon as she froze him in Volume 2 but not here in Volume 5? Ghira punching Corsac looked awful too. I remember this part was inspired by All Might Vs Nomu but in that fight it was fast the hits felt like there was enormous power behind them.
