Comfortably the most intriguing interesting individual in Westeros. Unpredictable at all times. No matter what he was up to, it was thoroughly engrossing enjoyable to witness. What should really push him to the top of this list, is the way in which his arc panned out - from brutal bloodthirsty hateful "Hound", to bordering on selflessly soft considerate to the people he cared for around him. There's a reason both Sansa and Arya cared deeply for him. And that reason should be good enough for anyone else.

He's done terrible acts, yet has a heart wishing he could do good! "The Hound " Sandor Clegane is and will always be one of the best characters ever made! "

Sandor is one of the best characters in the whole series and cerainley the most quotable. He is also the best anti-hero on the show by far. His relationship with arya is one of the best relationships, if not the best relationship on the show. He is amazing and his character arc is among the best on the show. He deserves at least top 10 for sure.

Even though he started out like the worst beast you could find in the show, he turned out to be one of my favourite characters, as he shows he does have a hearth underneath all that armor, first for Sansa and then for little Arrya! I just had to vote him for it, even though it's kind of a common type of character, the Hound still manages to be very unique
