COME ON PEOPLE! This guy is pure evil. 1. He is voiced by Vincent Price (The ultimate horror star) 2. In his song "The worlds greatest criminal mind" there is a part where it says "Even meaner, you mean it, WORSE THAN THE WIDOWS AND ORPHANS YOU'VE DROWNED! " That is oozing with pure evil! 3. He is probably one of the most funniest Disney villains because he hides his anger with giddyness and joy. 4. His song "Goodbye so soon." Is so incredibly catchy! 5. Why is this movie so underrated? It's my favorite Disney movie and by far has the BEST villain ever! Here are my reasons: 1. Vincent Price 2. Fidget was his henchmen 3. This dude is PURE Evil! He is the mastermind of crime He drowned widows and orphans, he nearly killed the queen, and based on a deleted scene of his villain song "the worlds greatest criminal mind"he took victims the bridge and forced them to jump off into the river and who ever tries to swim back to land he would shoot them. This dude is a criminal genius you don't want to mess with. This rat deserves to be #1!
