I can't believe people haven't voted for this, 37 seriously?! Perhaps because it isn't a princess story with a female main character, but this isn't a movie for boys only. I'm a grown woman now and this was my favorite as a kid along with Mulan and Ariel. This movie is pure gold, perfect mixture of comedy and bigger than life epicness and the music is overall best of all Disney movies. The main character is so relatable to boys and girls alike. And the female protagonist isn't a classic pretty little damsel, but an independent strong woman.

Its for all ages. Fun from start to end. Unforgettable characters and scenes. I mean. If I were to show just one movie to someone who doesn't know anything about Disney. Id show him/ her Hercules. This is what Disney is capable of. And..of course Id show him the lion king afterwards but this...this is my personal favorite. I think it's the lord of the rings of animation. Its outstanding: music, characters, scenes, story, voice acting, its as epic as the ancient greeks stories it represent. Should be,at least, number 2 after lion king.

I love Hercules! The movie has just enough comic relief with a mixture of some more serious elements, enough action, and a quite relatable main character. The female protagonist isn't all "lovey-dovey," and the villain is not your stereotypical "evil laugh" villain. (Love you, James Woods. ) And as for the title character, Hercules? Love him. Clumsy, loveable, sweet, etc. He's also hot.

This movies just so funny and goofy. The villain Hades is also my favorite Disney villain, he's hilarious when he gets into bursts of anger. Also the music rocks I catch my self humming zero to hero constantly. Also it has Jesus Christ himself Danny Devito in the film,what more could you want! Again, the movie is not good at all. The plot makes no sense and the story is just out of place. The characters are annoying and this movie is just hard to get into. The ONLY reason people "love" this movie so much is because of Hades. Even I admit that Hades is an awesome movie, but the film itself is terrible. This move was amazing. You cannot tell me you don't like Hercules. It is the best movie that has come out of Disney since Beauty and the Beast. The charterers are amazing. When I was a young kid I watched this repeatedly. Still to today after I have seen multiple great movies it is still my top with movies like The Gosfather 1 and 2 and The Shining.
