Great game, albeit with a few failings. The entire game is non-canon, so the story is all around a bit silly. Indeed, the removal of sub-bosses and introductory cutscenes make the ending cutscenes the only character-specific bits of story to be found in the game at all and they're either goofy, short or goofy and short. The final boss is also incredibly cheap, for example having one attack that freezes you in place, drops you to 1 HP and then dumps you right in front of her so she can finish you off with a kick to the shins. I wish tekken wasnt quite so combo heavy because I prefer the battle for spacing and the mind games of when and how to attack and of whiff baiting etc etc but I agree totally that ttt2 is the best - HUGE character line up and probably most well balanced game in the franchise. T3 and original TAG were both awesome in their own rights, mostly because they were innovative in a good way - most of the innovations were done well and worked - but to me the issue of character balance tips the scales. I agree with you and upvote
