JUST moved here. Was here for a week and was accosted for money by our neighbors. They claim to be "Christians" then go around gossiping and calling you names behind your back. If you don't join their "clique", you're a target. So much for "love they neighbor"... hypocrites. Some are much older than us and act like bratty 14yr olds when they don't get their way. Here... its Television, Telephone, Teleneighbor.

I've lived in northern Idaho from age 3 to the present (age 26). People have become massive gatekeepers and if they learn you weren't born in state they'll tell you to leave. I lived in CO for grad school and when I came back people asked why I couldn't just go back. Southern Idaho is friendlier. Still, as a whole people are friendly until they learn you don't vote like them or don't go to the same church or have a gay friend or don't hate the same things as everyone else. Rude.

I have lived here my whole life and if you are not in "the church" you will always be an outsider, never hired, they are the meanest drivers. I would love to have the ability to move. I think the only reason they are so far down this list is because there is such a small population and so many of them don't even have internet.
