Right, everything here is great. Lots of people agree (they sold out their first reunion concert in under 30 minutes). These guys put in so much work to the band and it shows. Bullets is chaos and emotion with awesome guitar (thanks Ray). Revenge is a story that covers a whole range of emotions and is a great middle ground between the high grade rock ballad that is the Black Parade and the basement-made Bullets. The Black Parade is completely immersive and extremely well put together without being generic or monotonous. Even the songs written for it that didn’t make it to the B-Sides would excellent with good recording equipment and a couple more drafts. Danger Days is exciting and cohesive. One of the best arguments available for concept albums. They mean so much to their fans and do incredible work.

HOW THE @#$! IS THIS NOT IN THE TOP THREE?! My Chemical Romance is without a doubt the best band in the history of history! Don't get me wrong, Fall Out Boy Green Day are amazingly awesome, but these 4 or 5, depending on the time period, make a majority of musical geniuses sound like an elementary school band recital! "Welcome to the Black Parade" ALONE should put them in the top spot! Not to mention the grungy "Teenagers", the upbeat-for-the-theme "Dead! ", the incredibly melodious "Sing". I just wish people knew about more of the members than Gerard Way (Who is still an awesome lead singer).

Even as an adult I go back and listen to their albums, and can appreciate their musical journey and concepts even more than I did as a teenager! On the pop punk list, people will say "They're not pop punk, they're emo" and on the emo list people say "They are NOT emo", and I mean, you're both technically right. They also made synth pop and post hardcore music! Their influences are varied, concepts are full, and they enjoy a good metaphor. Great band!

My Chemical Romance beats Yellowcard. Even if you like only one song, if you hear another from them, you will like it too. I can't say which album was the best, because they're all great: I BROUGHT YOU MY BULLETS, YOU BROUGHT ME YOUR LOVE, Hardcore, screamo. THREE CHEERS FOR SWEET REVENGE, less screamo, most songs are about anger, all songs are awesome here. THE BLACK PARADE, this album made history, some people said it was emo, for me it was where they got more into the pop punk style, all songs are awesome they are all composed great. DANGER DAYS: THE TRUE LIVES OF THE FABULOUS KILLJOYS, most songs were about Gerard's comics, this is my favorite, it's not the best, as I said, there is no best album. But this one is my favorite, I love all songs from it. I think this album was where they sounded more like Green Day. Fake your death (came out in May Death Never Stop You) is also a great song

I don't know the genre this fits under, but I thought the songs were wonderful. they didn't rely on good sounding vocals, but more on emotive vocals. Which is the funnest to sing to. There are some very clever lyrics and it's just an interesting band to say the least. I think it deserves to be ahead of fall out boy at least.

Should be 1. they are certainty more of a pop punk band then paramore and fob. there songs have meaning and have epic rifts and display that each member is a master musician. their music videos are art from the fake high school movie of I'm not okay to the funeral procession of Helena to the saving private Ryan re-imagining the ghost of you.

My Chemical Romance should be way higher up on the list. They literally made punk pop even though they were more on the punk side! Their albums are amazing and I do realize that they broke up :( but they still live on in the lights they made. They deserve to be at least higher than blink 182
