Yikes, mine is in the top 20! Actually, this is kind of a pointless list. Anyone who votes another state as "Useless" has obviously never been there. No, I haven't seen Nebraska, but remember, every state has a culture, a heritage, a people, a history. How can any state, then be useless? +++By being boring and... Useless. I've had to visit Nebraska at least once a year, EVERY year, to visit some grandparents. Now, the grandparents are nice people, and there's nothing wrong with them, however, it's the state itself. I have found barely anything to do there, and even TripAdvisor does not list the most exciting things to do there. You may disagree with me, since each person has their own opinions. Horrible place to live. Omaha isn't bad, more normal people there, but the south central section is full of inconsiderate, ignorant, entitled, 'good old boys'. I'd rather put up with the idiocy of a hipster kid any day over a farmer; at least the hipster may recommend a good band as payment for putting up with him/her. I have lived in Bellevue, a suburb of Omaha, for a decade now. Bellevue is a vibrant community, the only place in Nebraska where you can find the bulk of our African-American and Vietnamese-American population, with the possible exception of Lincoln. THERE IS NOTHING TO DO Nebraska is one of five main states I been to left and right, and to more then once a year. There is nothing by FAR NOTHING to do here. I am stuck here until we get grandma's estate in order. It's actually pretty sad. Backwards and fly-over. This isn't a bad state, but it its probably one of the last states people who (outside of the us) think of. Well at least I do. No offense to the people here, but I honestly do not know much about this state. It isn't useless, but it isn't popular at all.
