Remember piccolo has regenerative abilities which none of the Z Fighters have! And he's as experienced as goku and has the vast wisdom of kami! And he is unlike goku or vegeta who find amusement in holding back in a fight! If you are in a battle against piccolo.. Expect no mercy!

Piccolo has the most stratigic mind out of every Z fighter. Obviously going off of just power and ki ability he doesn't rank very high. But, in an all around fight he has the ability to figure out how to defeat anyone.
