Three new worlds to explore and uncover their secrets. Pretty good. Three skills relating to each world: Martial Arts for China, Photography for Egypt, and Nectar Making for France. It doesn't have a lot of items though. It's alright, but there is better. Make use of the free 1000 SimPoints when you register it.

The expansion pack focuses on travelling to various areas in a manner similar to previous expansions The Sims: Vacation and The Sims 2: Bon Voyage. Sims are able to travel to simplified versions of France, China, and Egypt. At these locations, sims are able to participate in adventures to earn rewards and benefits. Sims are also able to level up in new skills: photography, martial arts, and nectar making. In addition, the expansion pack provides new objects, socials, wishes, and opportunities

This is an absolutely wonderful expansion pack. I feel that it's really the most unique in layout and feel from the base game town and you receive three worlds to explore, compared to the single locale in other EPs. There's a nice element of goal based gaming that you can take or leave thrown in as well. Plus, since it takes up zero base world time, you can go to Egypt on a single day off and make some extra money "exploring" tombs and doing quests to supplement a young Sim's day job and to pay for the trip itself.

I. Love. This. Sure it takes up far too much space, but the uniqueness of it is just amazing. So far from the expansion packs I've noticed, a lot of the so-called new features are really just rabbit holes. On one hand I like them 'cause it means that slower computers can handle them, but on the other I don't because it's a lot of money wasted on very little. But World Adventures is actually about you doing things that you can see and control. It's awesome!

I know that people really enoy taking care of their children and pets, or even being a celebrity in a Mansion, and I've tried all that but still preffer World Adventures. This is really an exciting EP offering 3 world destinations:China: Amazing nature, and ability to learn new skill: martial arts, wich comes with sparing other sims and loads of fun, meditation, fights, teleporting and other!Egypt: Pyramids, temples, valley of kings, The Sphinx, mummies and exotic nature. Can you wish for more?France: You can add monuments here, enjoy nature and new nectary skill. Explore French basements, or just paint by the eifell tower? You decide!WA offers another interesting skill, Photography, and loads of new traits and clothes. And relics, gold coins and abbility to become a mummy, which is - interesting and new?

Stunning expansion! I've played it all summer 3 years ago, and it was the best experience I've had with sims. And if you match it with Seasons you can take a dip in foreign worlds' rivers. And the most fun moment is tomb exploration. Though latter expansions add a bunch of what to do at home, I always find time to travel. If you love adventures and beautiful scenery, then go for it.

The places you can visit are so beautiful and you can do all sorts of things apart from exploring tombs. Like, in Shang Simla (China) you can learn martial arts and in Champs Les Sims (France) you can learn how to make 'nectar' (wine). It is really cool to visit all the places and compare them to the real life places that they are based on. It is also really nice to make friends with the locals and get to know them.

Definitely the best expansion pack. It's like letting your sims play Tomb Raider! The adventures are so great, and if you're a fairy, take your bungalow with you and you can sleep/ eat in any tombs! Definitely best expansion pack for changing the way you play. Other packs just add on top of what you can do, this is a whole new way of thinking of your sims.

I don't like this expansion pack because it has more clothes/items, but I like it because you can go on a vacation with your family. Especially if you are going to France. You can just have a nice holiday, not stuck indoors at your home but in a different country. The kids love exploring all the different aspects there! Great Expansion Pack!

How is this 10th? It's my favourite expansion! You have hours of gameplay, and for once, it actually feels like my Sims have a purpose. It has new items to collect, Sims can go on adventures around the world (Obviously :P), new skills and hidden skills, new traits, lots of new building items, and so much more I couldn't possibly list in this small text box!
