我不知道为什么但我觉得这部电影是最有趣,rewatchable系列。史诗开场,沙漠星球场景,Cantonna场景,节省liea,死星战斗空间等——电影从一开始就非常快节奏和你在不停的冒险。它看起来令人惊叹的还是经过这么多年,只有Obi Wan vs维达场景看起来可怜,因为在现代时代看起来笨重和缓慢。否则我会找到这部电影完美。我个人最喜欢的系列的。

I don't know why but I find this movie to be the most entertaining and rewatchable one in the series. The epic opening scene, Desert planet scenes, Cantonna scene, Saving liea, Death Star space battle etc -The movie is quite fast paced from the start and you are in for a non-stop adventure. It looks amazing still after so many years. Only Obi Wan vs Vader scene looks poor because it looks clunky and slow in modern era. Otherwise I'll find this movie flawless. My personal favourite in the series.

This is my favourite Star Wars movie. Most people like Empire the most but this movie was more entertaining in my opinion. It had the right amount of action, humour and drama and is relatively fast paced. I can re-watch this movie anytime but still not get bored. Moreover this is the star wars movie that kickstarted the greatest franchise of all time. I think this movie deserves the same credit as that of Empire.

One of the most amazing movies of all time. Far superior to Episode V. In Episode V, Luke got his hand cut off, but if that happened in real life, Luke would've passed out from shock and probably die. Also, the story moves along at a snails pace in Episode V. This is far more entertaining. I have to get Episode V credit, though, as it's special effects are better then this. - booklover1

Aside from a few clunky lines and mixed levels of acting skill, this movie is flawless. The plotline is brilliant, the creativity unrivaled, and the pacing quite wonderful if you don't watch movies purely for action. This movie is mindbogglingly bizarre, cool. and weird, and no star wars film (or many films at all) is as groundbreaking as this one.

Though some say that this one cannot be #1 simply because of the fact that this one was the blueprint for the rest to come, I'd say this is the definitive movie. The special effects still hold up, the story is timeless, and the music. Good god, the music. John Williams did so good a job with the music, I feel if he wasn't there, I don't know where Star Wars would be today...

I mean, this is probably better than Episode V, in my opinion.But at least this has to be above Episode III, I mean, this is a classic. One of my favorite movies of all time, this is the movie that started it all, without this there would be no V, VI, I, II, or III. Maybe even Indiana Jones wouldn't exist.And all the books, the entire EU, amazing books such as the Thrawn Trilogy, like what I'm reading right now, or the Darth Bane books, the X-Wing books, The Clone Wars.There wouldn't be the Star Trek movies! TMP, TWOK (one of my favorite movies), TSFS, The Voyage Home, The Final Frontier, TUC, Generations, First Contact, Insurrection, Nemesis...TNG, my favorite T.V. show, might be released earlier, and maybe with different actors! Just imagine the cultural impact this has. TNG, DS9, VOY, ENT, all might have different actors or released earlier!One thing can change everything.

This is easily my favorite. I am a big fan of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi too, but if I had to pick one favorite Star Wars movie it would be this one. Honestly, I'm not a huge Star Wars fan in general, but that's just because of the movies after the original trilogy.
