This is the first Tales game I've ever played. It's because of this game that I've become so much more interested in the other Tales. The graphics and scenery are just simply amazing. But what really got me was the characters. They are so different from each other, and I absolutely LOVE the small scenes between them haha! The characters really bring life to the game and I am just so in love with each and every one of them -- especially Yuri! I love this game, great story line, awesome characters, amazing graphics. Fighting styles and combos aren't really anything I look for in a game so I can't say anything about that, haha. I just love this game. No regrets. Learned a lot. Lots of love

This Tales game simply made me say wow. This is my favorite for many reasons. For one, it has one of my favorite cast of characters in any video game. Also the music is phenomenal. There battle system is fast and it rocks. Each dungeon is creative in their own special way. The story was fantastic. It explained everything, there were epic moments, and moments that almost made me cry. I never expected one major thing in this game. Also you can experience the magic with your friends just like every Tales game, but when you played this one, it felt different. That epic moment when you beat a super tough Giganto Monster or when you beat a major boss was so satisfying. Also every time you think the game's going to end, it keeps on getting better. This is and always will be my favorite Tales game of all time.

Story: Easily my favorite story of any RPG, let alone any game, enjoyable characters, enjoyable plot twists, tearjerk moments and a great moral at the end.Gameplay: Simple yet fun, when we got Burst and Altered arts as well as critical finishes, it got up a little bit more complex and fast-paced. And the weapons are quite big in number and character that gameplay wise have flaws and good things that balance them outGraphics: Models are great with the exception of the month models. They feel... Weird. Environments look great and the World map is MASSIVE and I love massive overworlds.Music: I love it I love it just fantastic, my favorites being the opening, first battle theme, Alexei boss battle theme and 2nd Overworld music and the 3 final boss themesOverall: I've only played this Tales game but I highly enjoyed. This game was the reason why I'm hooked into playing more JRPGs especially form the Tales series. The story is easily understood with amazing plot twists. The characters are well developed and have amazing backgrounds. The battle mechanics is simple but yet very entertaining for anyone. The animation looks like a 3-D rendering of an anime, AKA gorgeous! And the music is the icing on the cake with it's amazing and up beat opening theme song. If anyone asked me which Tales game, or better yet which JRPG game they should start with, I would always recommend them Tales of Vesperia. - DenBoro

My very first "Tales of" game and for me, it's the best I ever played in the series. The plot and characters are very well made and the cut scenes are simply good. You would never get bored of this game. It was the very first game that I went for total completion on Xbox. I don't regret the 300 playing hours I spent on this game.By the way, I'm playing Tales of Xillia these days but honestly speaking, it's nothing compared to Vesperia.Tales of Symphonia was good too. I enjoyed it as much but ToV is my no. 1

This game was my first Tales of game and it got me hooked to the series. The characters were epic, there were lots of sidequests and the battle system was one of my favorites. The music was really awesome too. The plot was great, and it didn't make me wonder why the characters were doing some things like the other games did. Hours and hours of fun, and even after years, it's still my favorite video game.

In my opinion this should be number 1 yuri is my faviorite character in all of gaming EVER I never get of that aditude and he and Estelle are the best couple EVER. great plot I wish the ps3 copy was here I wanna play as patty! You could just feel the tension of the game and I love the hilarious skits so this game is the best in my opinion please bring the ps3 port heare Japan please.

I love love LOVE the storyline of this game. It was easy to play, the music is lovely and I honestly admit that playing this game was one of my addictions when I first bought it in my high school years. The way that the characters interact show a great amount of personality and added comedy as well to the game. I never get tired of playing.It will forever be one of my favorites of the Tales of Series.
