Not even the strongest Pok茅mon, much less the strongest game character. Mega Mewtwo X sucks because Mewtwo doesn't learn enough good physical moves, and Mega Mewtwo Y is useless because you can just use a Life Orb and not waste your Mega Evolution. It's easily outclassed by other special sweepers in Ubers like Primal Kyogre, Deoxys-Attack, and Ho-Oh. Pressure is also pretty useless when you're not bulky at all. The Psychic type is pretty bad since it's only super effective against Poison and Fighting, the former rarely appearing in Ubers. And to the guy who said "creator/god of the Pok茅mon universe.", I think you're talking about Arceus, but you wouldn't know that because you haven't played past Gen 1.
