I think I have to vote Bowser just because of how invincible he is. He's basically come back from the dead 80+ times. And while kidnapping Peach is a deplorable act, you have to give him credit for never giving up. He didn't fail 80 times, he just found 80 ways not to kidnap a princess. And I really don't think he's that bad of a guy. I think I read that in the Super Mario Bros Super Show, you find out that his father is a criminal. Poor Bowser probably had a rough childhood. You can't totally blame him for his actions. I have to admit, though, I would think that if Bowser were able to come back from the brink of death so many times, he'd at least be strong enough to take out a plumber.
