I'm from Jersey, born and raised. We're awful. We don't sugar coat anything, we tailgate like there's no tomorrow, and out of state people will learn this pretty quickly when we're doing 90 on a freeway instead of 65. Our jokes are at the expense of others, we're quick to judge and call names. Not to mention the political divide is astounding in my area- there's an even split of conservatives and liberals, and we all come for each other's throats when we get into it. Bullying is a serious issue here, as is suicide and opiate related deaths. Not only are we rude, but we're particularly cruel. Don't move here unless you want your feelings to get hurt.

The armpit of America. Terrible drivers, bullies, residents angry about nothing and are obnoxious, terrible accents, complainers, if they know you are not from that garbage state they will shun you, you can't pump your own gas, the people are shady, the state is dirty, the beaches are so gross and you have to pay for a "beach tag" to have access to the beach!... Jughandle turns? I lived there for a very brief time 20 years ago and because of my experiences there I refuse to step foot in New Jersey. It should be number one on this list. It should be disconnected from the U.S. and become and island of its miserable self.

I moved to Florida recently and found that the general population of people are from New Jersey. Well being from upstate New York, (not the city saratoga area) I had found that in the summer idiots from Jersey and New York City migrated up to Sartoga and Lake George area. I found that fatalities when up on I -87 during this time and more aggression took place at night clubs, proof is in the pudding. Now I am living down here in an area loaded with jersyites and all I can say is they are the rudest pushiest pieces of crap I have ever come across.

I live in Philadelphia, and every summer I come down to Jersey to be at the beach. Ths people are loud, annoying, and just plain rude. Once I was in the car, and my friend was driving and went to get gas. As many people know, you don't pump your own gas in New Jersey. The guy screamed at her and tried opening her door and then left. Top of the list for rudest.

I've been through New Jersey before. Not only is it nasty and ugly but the people are the same. The worst part about them is their attitudes as if they are the best and so is there "wonderful" state. Their load annoying accents are likely the worst in the country. Luckly, I left that place fast.

I've lived in Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, and currently New Jersey. NJ is by far the worst. People are nasty, rude, stupid, and the worst drivers anywhere else I've ever lived. They don't even look before cutting you off in traffic. I will definitely be moving out of state asap.
