He killed and blowed up the American spy car (Rod Torque Redline) by using the secret weapon (electromagnetic pulse camera).He wants to kill Finn Mcmissile and Holley Shiftwell (the expert spies) and he also wants to kill Lightning McQueen and Tow Mater.But unfortunately, is not the main villain. He's the second villain.
