How anyone could rank Captain America Civil War over The Winter Soldier is a mystery to me. I do love the team aspect of Civil War and the movie does have some awesome scenes and is very entertaining but the more you watch it, the more you notice the many flaws. It doesn't even get close to the perfection that the Russos delivered with The Winter Soldier. This movie gave us some of the best action scenes ever with an amazing cast and a story that keeps you on the edge of your seat all the entire time. The best of it all? It gets even better the more often you watch it. It's the best paced movie out of the MCU and the scenes bleed into each other amazingly well. Nothing feels rushed or dragging here. The fight choreography is simply gorgeous from Cap sending some guys flying or throwing knives at their hands to Black Widow saving Steve and Sam from being shot in the car and generally being awesome to Sam and his beautiful flight maneuvers to Winter Soldier suddenly showing up in front ... more

I am sick and tired of Avengers being called the best, when it is clearly not. It had a weak story, Loki's plan was confusing, and it felt like we learned nothing about these characters! Captain America The Winter Soldier on the other hand, is an almost flawless movie with great effects, awesome action, and memorable characters. Are there a few nitpicks, SURE, but they're nitpicks are the rest is great. AVENGERS CAN SUUCCK IIIT!

This movie did more then Avengers ever did. It worked as a great spy thriller flick, had a fantastic tie into the first film, made the winter soldier a threatening and intimidating villain ( best one sense loki ), and use great character development, action, twists, and even camoes to it's advantage.
