This book was just hilarious. The characters, their backstory everything was just great. While reading the book you can almost imagine the characters in here. I have read all the three books and this was the origin story of Magnus Chase. I liked it more than the others. This should be in Top 5. Concept of a talking sword (Jack), who calls Magnus senor was just great. The book had humour also in the intense scenes.

To be honest, this is way too underrated, I loved the book! It gave me butterflies, it made me laugh and and I just love every second of the series, so sad it's only a trilogy, I think we all want to see more though

It took some time to warm up to this new norse gods series but I realized that it was epic. Can't stop reading. Its not the best Rick Riordan book but it's a very great book maybe one of the top 8 in my opinion.
