Sayaka is hated for a few reasons, but the one that really gets me thinking are when people say they hate her because she betrayed Makoto. Just because she betrays the protagonist doesn't mean she's a bad character overall.In her last dying breath, (this was brought up by Kyoko after the class trial) she wrote 11037 because she was thinking of Makoto. And she killed because she wanted to know what happened to the most important people in her life, which I completely understand, but it's still forgotten because she "betrayed" Makoto. I honestly doubt she was thinking on framing Makoto from the very beginning (it may have been implied, but I still think this; it's just my opinion). I think she started to think about it when she got the video, though.She had so much thought put into her character, and I find her really interesting... It's a shame she died so early.

It's amazing how much character depth they put into Sayaka for how little she's in the game. We've never seen another character with this level of depth. It's such a shame she isn't more popular. It's okay Sayaka, Mommy loves you!
