Fuyuhiko I feel had one of the best character devolpments in all the danganronpa games, he had started off trying to act all tough and live up to the Kuzuryuu name but after Pekos death it really hit him hard, and helped him understand the real situation so he decided to start trying to be kinder and more caring together. Plus how can you not love a gansta face baby?
