He's an egotistical, arrogant, hypocritical, and somewhat pretentious douchebag who doesn't care about his friendship with Rigby as much as Rigby did. The movie AND the season 7 finale episode helped confirmed my point. He would KILL all of his friends and leave his own family for his own benefit of having a better career (the movie). He disliked admitting the fact that even his best friend was growing up to be a better person, while he's pretty much a stick-in-the-mud. One of the reasons that Mordecai still chooses to hang out with Rigby was because he needed someone to compare himself with (him being more superior while Rigby seemed inferior to him when he was still a dropout and a "dumb person")

I agree with some of the statements saying how he can abuse his friendship with Rigby without even realizing it. And yes, I never realized how much of a wuss he really is when something bad happens to him ("Bad Kiss", "Laundry Woes", "Sleep Fighter" when he pushed Rigby off the van and let him take the beating from Muscle Man instead) I'm surprised nobody even mentioned the minor episodes where he's been a complete and unnecessary dick to Rigby ("Sleep Fighter", "Bet To Be Blonde" when he almost KILLED Rigby just because he cheated on a video game, "The Best Burger in the World" when he let/made (? ) Rigby get inside the hologram machine to test and see if it's safe). There are times where Mordo's (and the other workers) been pretty careless towards Rigby when he needs their help. It's funny how the group is more than willing to help Muscle Man (and sometimes Mordecai with his girl problems) but not Rigby with his own problems.

You don't put your best friend's life in danger just to teach him a lesson! (Bet To Be Blonde). You don't leave your best friend in his plights or discourage him when he was always there to support you! (One Pull Up, Expert Liar, Lift With Your Back). You don't belittle him because of his "lack of smarts" or abuse him because of his lack of strength (a LOT of episodes).And yet Mordecai sometimes acts as though he is the "perfect guy" comparing to Rigby, otherwise he would've been labeled the complete loser without having Rigby around.

So, I don't know why there is a complaint. Margaret was actually mean to Mordecai. Mordecai had a soft spot. In a fight between Mordecai and Margaret, he would win. OO!

Lol every thing he does to Rigby is a joke. They're best friends, and best friends muck around, play punchies, fight over who does what and do dumb stuff like summon a video game demonic type thingy. Rigby is cool with it, even if he's afraid to admit it.
