I feel Iron Man is the best, the reason for is pretty sure, his attitude. He's an intellect, and a playboy too, but his screen presence in the MCU just makes it feel good for the audience. When Iron Man was thrown out into a cave, he made a suit to escape, but when batman had to take a month to come out. People who hate Tony (for their love for their superheroes) don't want to accept the fact that even he's a bit egoistic, he did his good part in the civil war series. He should have won the war if it was not for Vision's timely engagement. He would have a backup against vision but since at the time Captain America was more popular, Tony had to lose the fight.

Iron man is just an awesome character. he's not perfect and often clashes with others but heroes aren't supposed to be perfect. he has coolest tech, even without it he's still able to hold his own using his intelligence and the small amount of training he's had from other heroes. people who only watch the movie think he's nothing without the suit which is definitely not the case.
