I have a fully customised Superlight. The frame is a decade old now and still commands admiration from many people. I have some high end kit bolted to it and with a total weight of just a fraction over 11kg it flies along dirt track and climbs like a mountain goat. Killer bike and still smashes many newer models from the bigger manufacturers.

Santa Cruz all the way. I've also got a Marin, a Giant trek but nothing comes close. The geometry of the 2013 Superlight frame is superb single pivot is easy to maintain in the muddy slop here in Yorkshire UK. Don't be fooled by the name it's built like a tank!

These bikes are absolutely amazing and give a very smooth ride though rough terrain. Given that they are mostly downhill bikes or just full suspension, they climb with efficiency. they are highly customizable and come stock with top shelf components. Even though they are fairly pricey, they are extremely durable and light. one of the best rides

Best frame warranty and warranty department out there if you do have an issue. Replaced a 2014 frame with a 2019 frame for a non-structural issue. Amazing is what I call it. I am Santa Cruz for life now

Recent purchase the Santa Cruz Superlite 29 - 2012. Amazing geometry and engineering-excellent for long travel and amazing climbing! Overall the price and quality absolutely valuable! My previous bike was GT I-Drive 5 and nothing compare to SC! SC Rocks!
