Best of the best in so many ways, as a song writers, composers, musicians and performes. They made incredible music that will last through out the ages. You do not have to love them but you have to respect them. They had such a impact on modern music that most people do not even know about. Everywhere I travel around the world, on every continent everybody knows Freddie and Queen and everybody feels this music and the emotion and power in that music. Even 10 year old kids in year 2017. That is the proof of greatness. It lasts with time. Never gets old. Why? Because it is art. Pure art. Queen changed music styles so often and in every style they made some legendary songs and quality music. Incredible. That is the characteristic that only first class musicians posses. Freddie Mercury is my hero, bro! Don't disrespect--not that you were... Queen will remain the best forever and ever. Nobody can compete. Such a variety they had. Every song had so much meaning. "Somebody to Love" (Queen version, not Justin Bieber's) was the most meaningful--to me, anyway. "Bohemian Rhapsody" also had a lot of meaning. And if you don't know or love Queen, you don't know/love real music.Long live Queen. Long live Freddie Mercury.

Queen is the best band ever! Their songs have become part of everyone's life at one point or another. Their music is music for winners! If you are down and want to feel pumped up and like a champion listen to Queen. You will never tire of Queen's music because it is so diverse. Every band member contributed hit songs and every band member has a college degree (and one, Brian May is a genius!). The original lineup stayed together for 20 years until Freddie's death and they made music up until Freddie couldn't sing anymore. This band is the best ever! If you watch their documentaries you will be blown away at their story and you will definitely get sucked in and never want to come out.

Queen were *everything*:) they changed with the times and that's what kept them at the top. Most Queen fans like their early stuff the best and the way they looked and the early shows up to 1980 were much better than later on.They put so much more into their shows than The Beatles, The Stones, The Who and others back then... Nowadays even the weak bands are coming across on stage as a sensation because technology has advanced so much.I would say the Beatles are the greatest band of all time *but* Queen were the number one live act * as was * but their music and style was fantastic.

Common, there is nobody greater. There's power originality and coolness. There's great music, performance, charisma, glory, aspirational, inspirational,I can go on and on. Its not mainstream music by any means but still so loved. There's so much energy in the music to love. Freddie's voice is just a voice that can do anything you ask it to.

They had to deal with bad press all along their career (never understood why, maybe the press just need to destroy anything that wasn't created by them), and still became the best band ever, selling millions and playing sold out venues worldwide.
