This song got myself and many of my friends through our teenage years! Just knowing your not alone in the emotional journey of growing up and being a teenager or in life in general, helped a lot as it can be one of the most difficult times in a persons life. Not knowing who you are where your going and who you want to be.. a lot of people are affected by depression and suicide each year. We're lucky we live in a time where there's help available for people that need it. You just have to be strong and reach out to get it and remember that reaching out doesn't make u weak it makes you stronger as a person.. my thoughts are with you all who have been affected in some way with losing someone to this illness..
