One of the best Albums ever. Kanye West at his magnificent best. The production is perfect, All the songs are amazing there is not one bad song on this album, Kanye steps up his lyrical game, his flow is great and the features all shine whether it be Nicki's verse on Monster or Rick Ross's verse on devil in a new dress. Kanye uses My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy as a platform to show that after the Taylor Swift incident he is not just one of the most creative rappers of all time but one of the best artists of all time. The best album of the decade so far and truly a masterpiece from start to end. Thank you Kanye Omari West for blessing us with a truly timeless album which just like Illmatic, Ready to Die and other classic albums we will be telling our grandchildren 50 years from now.

Heres my thoughts on all the songs:Dark Fantasy - An underrated song that introduces the themes of the album and perfectly illustrates the mix of previous Ye albumsGorgeous - The second most underrated song on here. Its beautiful and very smoothPOWER - Two words: King CrimsonAll of the Lights - Rare opinion: I hate this song. Its way too pretentious in my opinion, and way too poppy.Monster - I hate Nickis music, but her verse on this is possibly the best verse on the albumSo Appalled - A very haunting track with nice use of samplesDevil in a New Dress - The best song on the album. Not Runaway. Similar to the last song, but on steroids.Runaway - I dont even need to explain this one.Hell of a Life - Nice song, but the synths sound like farts. Also, auto tuned Black Sabbath? Its not only a great rap album, but its music in its purest form. Elements of pop, rock, rnb, and vast experimentation and elegant orchestral moments to form this beautiful opus. Lyircally, the project is quotable from beginnign to end and houses both Nicki Minaj and Rick Ross's finest verses to date. Without a dull moment on this album, it was this perfect moment that brought us into the new decade, showing how far the genre has gone. What was once deemed unmusical, hip-hop has gone from a genre developed in cults using creative ways of managing a low budget to becomming as big as it is on My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. Its bold, its elegant, its creative, but above all, it is Kanye's beautiful, dark, twisted fantasy that showed how far not only hip-hop, but music can go.

I think this should be in the top 3 along with TPAB and MMLP. I'd probably put good kid maad city fourth after those and then maybe wu-tang, so I think this is the one most underrated by the current listing. I'm not a Kanye fan but he's contributed such a large and popular body of work to hip-hop and this was his magnum opus, I don't really like many of his other albums as cohesive works but this one stands miles above the rest as inspired and true genius. I hope the guy gets the help he needs so he can cement his legacy with another great album like this one.

Wow, just wow. I realize that Kanye is one of the most hated people in America but you guys have got to give him a little more credit. I mean son of a bitch this is one of the greatest albums of all time and definitely one of the best, if not the best rap album of all time. The title says it all. This is his story, his trials, his shortcomings in life, his passions, his hatred, his everything. It is a shame that so many people hate on this lyrical genius for a few grave mistakes he's made. Maybe we should look at ourselves and wonder if were perfect, and then judge others. What a shame.
