How is it possible that even David Cage garbage is ahead of this masterpiece of a game? The way they flesh out the world, something Fallout 3 never managed to do, makes it feel lived-in, like an actual place. The people (asides the godawful voice acting and hideous faces) act like real people with actual personalities. And best of all, the game doesnt decide to write your backstory for you. They give you something vague, let your character become whatever YOU want, rather than a bland archetypical soldier. But even so, its in a position this low? This game is top 10 material, AT LEAST.
