When I think of the Worst Most Evil Movie Villains, I'd choose between Darth Vader, Sauron, or Voldemort why I didn't choose the Joker? Because it was heath ledger that portrayed a villain, but he was not "evil", he said so "I'm a dog that chases cars, I don't know what to do if I caught one" (or something like that)... He was crazy and a villain but to say evil like pure evil.. Um not in my perception.Darth Vader was very close and also the Palpatine emperor but Darth Vader turned out to be good in the end, he was forgiven and saved by his son.Sauron, he fits the evil part easily but he is kind of abstract... Amon Goeth form Schindler's List was both a Villain and evil plus he was real, but it was the movie that portrayed him like that and when you think this character was real you find incredible that a person could be that evil... I have read the Harry Potter books and watched the movies and I would not want to be up against this guy. He is the worst of the worst, in my opinion.

Darth vador did not even frighten me when I was a child he has a soul he becomes good which means he never truly was evil in the first place that and he just dose not have any aspects of his character that are truly terrifying. But voldemort this man is terrifying even as an adult he makes me fear him for starters he tried to kill a baby yes a baby did vader do that hell no he also kills Harry's family. He then through the books rips through Harry's world destroying everything he loves and with apsolutly no remorse not even one moment dose he look like he even cares. This man is truly terrifying he has a giant pet snake and is pritty much invincible

Well for starters he doesn't have a nose that's scary enough! But seriously just think about it, he tries to kill baby Harry, he kills with no remorse is basically a human psychopath with no empathy for others but yet has magical powers where he can REALLY get involved in killing! He also doesn't pretend to be nice or anything.. He's evil he knows it!

He had no remorse for his actions, he had never loved or have ever been loved, he teased, he laughed at suffering, he relished pain, he manipulated the strongest minds, he showed no mercy, his face replicates that of a snake's, his eyes are blood-red and he is the greatest, most terrible dark wizard that has ever lived

Lord voldemort killed his own parents because they were ritch and he killed Harry's parents when he was a a month old baby. He tried to kill Harry to. He killed George Weasley, and other people. He was the dark lord of the Harry potter villains. He made Dolores's umbridge, Professer quirrel, Bellatrix LeStrange, Lucius Malfoy Severus Snape, argus flitch and barty croutch jr work for him become evil even though Snape turned a good guy at the end.

I don't understand why Voldemort isn't 1. Voldemort is stronger than almost every movie villain ever imagined. Creepy, powerful, and merciless, he would've killed his own parents if he had the chance to. Basically the Hitler of the Wizarding World. There's few I can think of he would spare in battle.
