Absolute garbage. When first introduced it doesn't learn any moves save for Bide and Growl until level 10, when it evolves. Even by Gen VII it can only learn 4 moves, adding Struggle Bug and Bug Bite, neither of which are very good. Poor stats, stat distribution and movepool make this line of pokemon almost completely worthless.
