The only other jedi apart from Obi-Wan Kenobi to come anywhere close to defeating General Grievous. Plus, he later gets to use two lightsabers and has that awesome smile! It's really too bad that we never got to see his true fighting talent so much in the actual movie series. He may not be as important or as powerful as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda, or Mace Windu, but he'll go down in jedi history none the less, as the guy that "fought with a smile".

Kit Fisto was known for always having a smile on his face during combat, and was one of the more open Jedi.He skills with the lightsaber was great, being a form 1 master, his movements were very much chaotic in nature. He was the first council member added after the start of the Clone Wars, and would prove his skills throughout the conflict. He technically won his duel against the droid commander general Grevious, and was chosen by Mace Windu to accompany him against Sidious. Although I find the Sidous duel to be very dumb in the begining and to have been solely to boast Sidious's own prowess.He was a Jedi Councilor, so his application was on the force itself. His pushes and pulls were strong, and he could manipulate water with the force unlike any Jedi at this time. Though he wasn't that much stronger then any other jedi.He is my 6th favorite Jedi in the order during this era, and is, most likely, in the top 10 strongest combatants in the order during this period.

While Kit fisto isnt the most powerful Jedi he sure is my favourite character in all of Star Wars. Out of everyone on the council he is one of the only ones that is not corrupt. even in power levels he is in the top 10! He was able to defeat General Grevious without getting one of his tentacles chopped off. He has the most sense of humour out of anyone on the council and in my opinion he is the best Jedi and Star Wars character
