Unlike with most jedi, we got to see ahsoka grow up. We saw the rash, snippy padawan develop into jedi knight material. We saw her best and worst, and yet many still loved her, or else Disney wouldn't have brought her back in Rebels. Not only that, but she still has the potential to be a FORCE WEILDER! I'd say she dserves a spot on the list. Maybe not top 5, but definitely a 8 or 9.
